TAEI Academy is an educational institution dedicated to advancing empathy and integrity as lived human values.
Our work begins with a premise: what we value matters only to the extent that it becomes visible in how we live, learn, relate, lead, and make choices.
The distance between what we believe and how we behave is where our work begins.
Empathy & Integrity in Practice
Empathy is more than understanding another person’s perspective. It asks us to examine the assumptions, experiences, and beliefs shaping our own.
Integrity is more than doing what is right. It asks whether our actions are actually aligned with the values we claim to hold.
Neither happens automatically.
Both require awareness, reflection, and the willingness to examine what has become familiar enough that we no longer think to question it.
TAEI Academy exists to create opportunities for that examination.
The Values Beneath Our Work
Love. Truth. Peace. Right Conduct. Nonviolence.
These five human values form the foundation of TAEI Academy.
We understand them not as abstract ideals, but as values expressed through everyday choices, relationships, education, leadership, and participation in the world around us.
Love asks us to recognize our connection to others.
Truth asks us to examine what we believe and why.
Peace asks what becomes possible when we are no longer governed entirely by reaction.
Right Conduct asks whether our behavior reflects what we say we value.
Nonviolence asks us to consider the impact of our choices on ourselves, other people, and the world we share.
Together, they provide the foundation from which our work continues to evolve.
What We Create
TAEI Academy develops original educational frameworks, methodologies, books, learning experiences, and resources that bring these ideas into practice.
Our work explores human values, behavior, relationships, education, influence, awareness, and conscious choice.
Different projects ask different questions.
They share the same purpose.
OffScript™
See it before you say yes.
OffScript™ is one of the original methodologies developed through TAEI Academy.
It examines the unconscious scripts, assumptions, and automatic patterns that can quietly influence how we think, behave, and choose.
Rather than telling people what they should change, OffScript creates experiences that allow people to notice what is already operating.
