Lead Facilitator & Co-Founder

Dr. Milan-Devi LaBrey

Dr. Milan-Devi LaBrey is a psychology professor, TEDx speaker, and founder of TAEI Academy — The Advancement of Empathy and Integrity. An architect of ethical intelligence, she works at the intersection of human behavior, AI ethics, and values-based education. Her mission is singular: interrupt the unconscious scripts shaping individuals, institutions, and emerging technologies before they calcify into culture.

She doesn't teach values. She builds systems that make them unavoidable.

Co-Founder & Architect

Rafa Islam Diba

Rafa brings over six years of digital marketing and brand strategy experience to TAEI Academy, having built an international client practice from the ground up before she turned 25. She is the founder and organiser of TEDxAsia Pacific University and one of the youngest voices building infrastructure for conscious leadership in Malaysia.

She leads TAEI's growth, partnerships, and market presence, driven by the belief that the most important systems a person can build are the ones that require them to first examine what's running them.

Is this therapy?

No. Off Script is not therapy and does not replace it. This is a structured experiential workshop focused on pattern awareness, not clinical treatment. If you are currently in therapy, this work is complementary, not competing.

Who is this for?

High-functioning professionals who feel like something is off but can't name what. People who have tried other personal development programs and still feel stuck. You don't need to be in crisis to come. You need to be willing to look.

What actually happens in the session?

We don't publish the full agenda intentionally — the experience depends on not knowing what's coming. What we can tell you: no group therapy, no forced vulnerability, no scripted breakthroughs. The session runs on Zoom with a small group of 30. Just structured, honest work.

Why $100?

$100 USD is our early bird rate, available until 30 June 2026. After that, tickets move to $200 USD. This is the first time Off Script runs publicly. The price reflects the depth of the work, not a mass-market webinar.

Is this religious or spiritual?

No. TAEI's work is grounded in behavioral psychology and NLP, not religion or spirituality. People of all backgrounds and beliefs attend. The work is about patterns, not prescriptions.

What happens after the workshop?

Attendees get access to the TAEI community and early access to our 6–8 week program launching later in 2026. The workshop is the door. The program is the excavation.
