I had the privilege of undergoing training on the TAEI Method of Education under the guidance of Milan-Devi LaBrey. The experience was truly transformative, providing me with a deeper understanding of how empathy, integrity, and emotional intelligence play a crucial role in education. We had a 4 day Session in which she taught us more about how we can improvise the rural children education by inculcating the values in their subjects. Her approach of training is so good that we are able to create our own lesson plans for our subjects in school. Dr. Milan's expertise and engaging teaching style made the training both understanding and practical. The TAEI methodology equipped me with innovative strategies to create a positive learning environment, fostering both academic and personal growth in students. I would recommend the training to other teachers. The reason is that it employs audio-visual learning tools which is a good way of teaching learners from K1 to K5 and children.
